To change anything you must act. Ask pointed questions. Learn from the answers. Reflect on what could be - positive and negative. Act. Internal games, internal politics, political correctness, and egos suffocate performance. Identify them. Discuss them. Deal with them. Accepting the unacceptable is a motivation killer.

What Can You Do?

Communicate! Question everything. Get the facts. Understand what exists and why. Determine what the people involved like and don't like. Find out what is frustrating and unacceptable. Leverage strengths and experiences. Evaluate the ramifications of change. Make informed decisions. Create a plan. Execute the plan!

WHY?

Everything exists for a reason. Conditions change. Needs change. Expectations change.

What was right for yesterday may no longer be right for tomorrow.

Don't just accept something. Question it. Questions result in improvements!
